BEST CHOICE, SAFE PARKING

I have parked here several times, each of them has been an AWESOME experience. I must admit, first time I was nervous about leaving my can on a lot that I did not know how secure it was, when I came back, I realized I did not have anything to worry about, the lot is fully fenced, with security and cameras, so, there is o chance for any purposely damage to the car. The office assistant has always been very helpful and professional and the shuttle driver has been the kindest most helpful man ever.

I've used this parking location several times, no problems so far, very convenient to Fort Lauderdale Airport. Pick-up (return) at the airport is a little dicey & hard to figure out.

Simply the Best! I love this place! Garfield and Captain Morgan what gentleman! Garfield dropped me off and Captain Morgan picked me up. Both men were extremely polite fast and pampered me on both trips. I’ve had other drivers here, but these two guys by far on their A game all the way! On time..great conversation in transits.. it was pleasure to have met them both. Hope to see them again on my next getaway to the Caribbean ??

Nice place to keep your car safe.

I cannot complaint about this place. There's a shuttle every 15 minutes coming from and going to the airport (MIA). The only suggestion would be making exiting the place a little easier, as it may take some time to get a person to open the exit gate for you (sometimes I have to call for help multiple times). Other than that, the place is the closest to the airport.

Great place to park at a great price! Outdoor parking self-parked at less than $6.00 a day. Shuttle to airport left every 15 minutes in the morning and every half hour slower times of the day. Pickup at airport back to hotel took about 16 minutes!

Hit the ground running

This is my first time using this parking service. My overnight flight arrived early morning and I was dreading the time it would take to claim bag, call shuttle service and get to my car. Due to experiences with other shuttle services, I predicted I would find myself in the thick of morning rush hour commute. I was amazed at the speed in which my driver Terry arrived as well as the proximity of the parking lot to the airport and the interstate allowed me plenty of time to commute to work before the rush hour began! I am more than pleased with their cleanliness and service! I will definitely use this lot in the future.

Great experience! This is the second time I have booked using SimpleAirport Parking.com. This location is very handy. The shuttle to the airport was helpful and friendly. When we returned, my car was waiting. The shuttle driver not only got our bags at the airport, he put them in the car for us. He was very courteous. It was a great experience. Solis was a great place to stay and park! Clean shuttle buses and friendly staff! I loved how close it is to the interstate! Make a right turn out of the parking lot and about one block you are there! Already recommended it to friends and family! Great rate!

Awesome Experience! I booked my reservation on-line with absolutely no hassles. When I arrived to the self park lot, I was greeted by friendly staff and check-in took 2 mins. I was given a choice where I wanted to park (as it was 5 am) and got a space adjacent to the office. The shuttle took me to the airport right away, and the ride was no more than 5-10 minutes (including other passenger drop-offs). The service the drivers provided in taking care of my luggage was exemplary. I had a great experience and will use Self Park FLL in the future.

I want to comment on the outstanding service of the Self Park FLL airport parking organization, especially Lenny, my driver. I forgot a book bag in my car even though I remembered two suitcases and a walker:) When I called the parking service they immediately sent back my driver, Lenny. and he turned right around and picked me up, brought me back to my car to retrieve my book bag and returned me to the airport in time for my flight. However, the management and entire organization at Self Park FLL is amazing! It is an immaculately clean location, the drivers are professional, there are clean restrooms and delicious coffee!

I have used this location several times now and like it better than the other options. Valet is great, and the staff is always very customer service oriented. This time upon my return my car was covered with so much debris that I had to say something. Alex the Valet, told me that it was due to heavy winds but I have never had this problem in the past.. it looked my car was parked under a tree and every leaf decided to fall while I was away for 10 days. Next time I will request that it be parked in the open with no trees above. Alex was very understanding and cleaned some of the debris off my bumper and gave me the managers name to contact later, but he had already spoke to him and relayed my concerns and said that I would be take care of, just needed to call the manager. All in all a good experience, but word to the wise.. don't have them park your car under the trees.

Even though cheaper than most, this company did not cut corners on their service. On return, they were picking us up, within 5 minutes of getting to the off airport pick-up point. I spent two days researching where to leave my vehicle before picking the Marriott Lakeside. I read reviews, checked prices, and even asked opinions of my family. I was concerned when I read that many parking sites stated "valet parking," but I wanted my keys when I left for my flight. Many reviews also stated that it took 30 mins to an hour to get to the airport, which I thought was insane. Then many of the reviews stated that it took almost an hour or more to get a shuttle to get back to their vehicle. NOT MARRIOTT LAKESIDE! Set to start off on the trip, I parked my vehicle, went up to the desk to check in, and was greeted with smile and good morning! I was told the shuttle would be leaving in 15 minutes. We boarded the shuttle and arrived at our flight within a few minutes of getting underway. Upon our return, and remembering what Ms. D., our initial driver, said to us to do when we got our luggage, we went down to ground transportation and called the hotel. The representative told us where to go to get the shuttle. Once we got there, we only waited about 5 minutes, then Gerry arrived to pick us up. We had a pleasant drive back to the hotel, checked in at valet parking, then went to the car to drive home. So, where was the hiccup that some reported on the Marriott Parkside? I did not see anything out of the ordinary. Everything went like clockwork! Everything was great! I WILL PARK AT MARRIOTT LAKESIDE AGAIN!

I have used several other off-site parking locations. I find this one to be superior to all of the others. Very professional & courteous staff. I booked for 9 days & had an emergency back home & only used 3 days out of the 9; they were very understanding & credited my charge for the 6 unused days. When you arrive, you are offered free refreshments - water & coffee. When you return, the driver has a bottle of water for you. Will always book with them in the future. Excellent staff & extremely friendly!

Richard (the Self Park van driver) arrived promptly with a cheerful demeanor and plentiful courtesy, took me to my car parked where I parked it 11 days earlier and I was on my way home.
